Workshop on 'Ithaas ki Kahani, Sangrahalaya ki Zubaani'

One Day Workshop on 'Ithaas ki Kahani, Sangrahalaya ki Zubaani' for the students of Madrasa Jamia-ul-uloom, Old Delhi was organized by the Department of Museology, National Museum Institute, New Delhi on 16th December,2021. 

The aim of the workshop was to make the students familiar with the idea of a museum which was facilitated by various activities and hands on experience through replicas of the museum objects. The workshop helped students to inculcate a sense of their understanding of history and culture through museum experience.

The workshop was organised under the guidance of HoD & Dean Prof (Dr.) Manvi Seth and Assistant Professor Dr. Juhi Sadiya by research assistants Huma Khan, Ankan Guha, Harpreet Kaur, Zainab Fatima and Apprentices Sony Sachdeva and Shikha.

The workshop included:

2. Museum Visit
3. Discovery Trunk and Hands on Experience
4. Object- Related Activities
